We carry over 5,000 products in our warehouse at any given time during the season. Our festive stock is imported in bulk between August and October each year, so when you need items during the season, they're ready to dispatch, often within days. This is a key advantage over sourcing directly from overseas, where lead times can stretch to weeks or months. That said, once a product sells out, restocking is usually only possible the following season, so early ordering is always a good idea.

Not at all. Christmas and New Year is our busiest season, but we also stock plenty of decorations for occasions throughout the year: Valentine's Day, Easter, St. Patrick's Day, Ramadan, Oktoberfest, Halloween, Diwali, Chinese New Year, and more. We also carry a wide range of themed collections (Hawaiian, Casino, Pirates, Western, and others) for special events, plus year-round essentials like event wristbands, balloons, sparkling candles, and paper straws. One supplier, every occasion.

Absolutely. This is one of the things we do best. Many of our garlands, wreaths, centrepieces, and arrangements are assembled and decorated in-house by our own team. Tell us your colour palette, theme, or inspiration, and we'll create pieces tailored to your space. Custom items typically require about a week of lead time during peak season, so we recommend placing requests as early as possible.

Reflections has operated a full bespoke acrylic fabrication workshop since our founding in 1990, with laser cutting, CNC routing, and heating chambers all under one roof. That means we can supply seasonal decorations from our catalogue and design and build custom acrylic displays, signage, podiums, or illuminated features for your venue, all from a single supplier. We recommend mixing standard baubles with a selection of feature ornaments for depth and visual interest. If you let us know your tree size, colour scheme, and budget, we can put together a complete package (ornaments, lights, tree top, ribbon, and decorating accessories) so you don't have to figure it out yourself.

We offer party assortments in three quality tiers, so there's something for every venue and budget:

Exclusive. Our top of the line. Fabric hats for gentlemen, ornate feathered masks for ladies, holographic horns, serpentine, and confetti. Ideal for upscale galas and ballroom events. Covers 50 guests per box.

Luxury. Foil hats, feathered masks, horns or spinners, and serpentine. A strong choice for stylish celebrations that don't require the very top tier. Covers 50 guests per box.

Classic. Fun, themed assortments with foil or plastic hats, tiaras, noisemakers, and often extras like beads or leis. Available in a wide variety of colour themes and the broadest range of designs. Most boxes cover 50 guests; some cover 100 or even 300.

Each box is a complete set with everything your guests need to ring in the New Year. For consistency, we generally recommend sticking to one quality tier per venue or outlet. If you have multiple outlets with different budgets or themes, we're happy to help you put together a tailored selection.

We source globally, primarily from established manufacturers in Asia and Europe, along with select exclusive partnerships with heritage brands in the United States. Every product in our range is handpicked by our team for quality, durability, and suitability for the hospitality market. We've been curating our range for over 35 years, and the relationships we've built with our suppliers mean we can offer products that aren't available from other suppliers in the region.

We understand that hotels and large venues need time to review quotations and process internal approvals. When we send you a quotation, we reserve the quoted items for a reasonable period so they aren't sold out from under you while you await sign-off. That said, during the peak of the season (particularly November), availability can change quickly, so we always recommend confirming orders as soon as possible. If anything does become unavailable, we'll proactively suggest suitable alternatives.
